Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Items that cannot be returned include:

Custom or personalized products
Digital downloads
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards

To start a return, contact us at houseofhippies44@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Returns sent back without approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through the exchange process depending on product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
