Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.
